box board in forum rules

I have a question how is ot possible to make or create this

you can create a bbcode for the box and you can use bbcodes inside the forum rules section!

I have looking for 1 our here for a difrent bbcode of this but I can find not any bbcode for that what I will

didn't really understand what you said but, if you are saying that you can't find any bbcode for boxes on here that you like, search around the WWW on tutorials of how to created a colored box using html and css and use that as your new bbcode for the rules section, which i still don't really know why you need a white box inside the rules box anyways, but as the recurring theme around here is "to each his own....board"
