could anyone please help me with some custom made smilies about car detailing theme such as examples below?
I want to use them for my forum that is about car detailing.

You are wanting to add these custom smilies to the smilies on your forum?
Copy those smilies to your images/smilies/ directory and then in your ACP / Posting / Smilies
scroll down to the bottom of that page and click on 'Add multiple smilies'

Maybe you are talking about forum images.
Look in your ACP / Forums / click on a Category, then Edit one of your Forums
Look for this line....
Forum image:
Location, relative to the phpBB root directory, of an additional image to associate with this forum.
Put your image.gif in the images/ directory of your forum
Enter in the image name in that spot... Forum image: images/image.gif

i know what it is you want, but unfortunately that is one of the things i don't really know how to do, hopefully someone else can make them for you or point you somewhere where they have something like that!

you can find a nice program online to shrink them to size, or i guess you want them to be yellow like smileys
